AN EXPERIENCE BUILT AROUND TRUST

Great wedding photography begins long before the wedding day.

The more I understand about the people you love, the priorities you've chosen and the experience you want to have, the more intentionally I can photograph it without asking you to stop living it.

From our first conversation through final delivery, the process is designed to feel personal, organized and uncomplicated.

THE PROCESS

01. Begin the conversation.

Tell me what you’re creating.

I want to hear about the celebration itself, but also what matters most to you within it—the people, traditions, atmosphere and moments you’re already imagining.

We’ll meet for a consultation to talk through your plans, explore the collections and make sure the fit feels right on both sides.

02. Reserve your date.

Once you’ve selected your collection, your proposal, contract and invoice are handled together online.

After the signed agreement and retainer are received, the date is officially yours.

From there, I begin getting to know the celebration well before I ever photograph it.

03. Plan with intention.

Good planning creates room for spontaneity.

As the wedding approaches, I’ll collaborate with you and your planner to develop a photography timeline that prioritizes what matters without making the day revolve around photographs.

I’ll also help with engagement-session planning, family-photo logistics, locations, lighting considerations and any questions that arise along the way.

04. Live your wedding day.

When the day arrives, you should be able to be inside it.

I’ll direct confidently when direction serves the photograph and step back when it doesn’t. My team and I work attentively without turning every interaction into a production, allowing the photographs to emerge from the celebration rather than competing with it.

You enjoy the people you brought together.

I’ll pay attention to everything else.

05. Reliving it all.

Your first photographs arrive shortly after the wedding, followed by the complete collection once every image has been carefully edited and film has made its way through the lab.

Your final photographs are delivered digitally and through tangible keepsakes made to live beyond a screen.

Because the end goal was never simply a gallery.

It was something you could return to.

"Julia had brought everything we could possibly need in case of any mishaps and was happy to step in to help with anything we needed. She helped our day run smoothly and kept me calm by going beyond what we would have ever expected from our videographer! She delivered our video in such an incredibly special way and made it an emotional moment for us. She was perfect through the whole process!"
