ATIYA + VIK’S ELOPEMENT

VENUE: COURTHOUSE, NYC, NY

Atiya + Vik’s New York City courthouse wedding was the perfect reminder that weddings don’t have to be extravagant to feel deeply meaningful. The two of them exchanged vows during a small, sweet ceremony in Manhattan surrounded by so much quiet excitement and love. Afterward, we hopped on the train and made our way back to their apartment to spend a little time with their babies — one of my favorite parts of the entire day. It felt so personal and so genuinely them.

From there, we wandered just a block over into Central Park, soaking in the spring air, the movement of the city, and the joy of finally being married. The entire day unfolded slowly and intentionally — no pressure, no performance, just the two of them fully present with each other in one of the busiest cities in the world. These are the kinds of wedding days I love most: honest, emotional, and centered entirely around what matters most to the couple.
